thousand islands 150x150 SCUBA Diving “Brockville” with “Dip ‘N Dive”The “Thousand Islands” are home to one of the most popular and beautiful SCUBA diving destinations in North America, “Brockville, Ontario”. This past weekend  Dip ‘N Dive sponsored an “All-inclusive” Dive trip to “Brockville” where we scheduled three Shipwreck dives on Saturday and three more dives on Sunday. Joe, Dave, Pat and Alex were the four Instructors who escorted the divers on all the dives. The trip was “sold out” as always, because the conditions are ideal for “Advanced SCUBA Divers” to enjoy world class “Shipwreck SCUBA Diving” in beautiful 74 degree water with 50-100 feet of visibility.

The Dive charter we used is the “Seeway Vision Dive Charters”. “Kevin and Edie” are wonderful hosts as always Seeway SCUBA Diving “Brockville” with “Dip ‘N Dive” Vision and they run a first class “Dive Charter” operation that caters to the safety and comfort of all the Divers they take aboard. Our dive weekend started out with a wonderful dinner at “East Side Mario’s”, a great restaurant located only “100 yards” from the hotel we stay at, the “Comfort Inn” in Brockville. Saturday we boarded the boat at 9:00 in the morning and headed to the “American side” to dive the “Vickery”, “Keystorm”, and the “America”. The dives were all world class and everybody had a great time seeing the Shipwrecks in warm and clear waters. After another great dinner Saturday night all of the divers headed back to the hotel for a well deserved good night’s sleep. Sunday morning we all met for breakfast before heading off to “St. Lawrence Park” to board the “Seeway Vision” for three more dives on the “Canadian side”.  Here we dove the “Lilly Parsons”, “Muscallonge”, and the “Robert Gaskin”. It was very hard for the divers to out-do the dives on Saturday but it was pretty close.

After our dives, Chris, the “First Mate”, cooked us a great barbecue lunch on-board and we all talked about the perfect weekend SCUBA Diving in the “Thousand Islands” and how everybody can’t wait until the next time we get to visit this world class diving destination.
