Nemo Wide was designed to be easy-to-read, intuitive to use, safe, and reliable. A large size display was one of the primary requirements behind the creation of this product. In order to optimize readability in every circumstance, special attention was paidto the size and brightness of the numbers, to the intensity of the backlighting, and to maximizing the viewing angle. Another key characteristic of Nemo Wide is that it is simple to use, due to the user friendly Easy-Access system with four buttons. The ergonomic design and the many cutting edge technical characteristics indisputably make Nemo Wide the best interface between man and the sea. Nemo Wide Computer uses Mares-Wienke RGBM (Reduced Gradient Bubbles Model) algorithm. The RGBM takes into account the phenomenon of micro-bubbles in order to prevent their formation. In over 10,000 real dives monitored by Dr. Bruce Wienke in the Los Alamos laboratories, the formation of micro-bubbles has been studied and evaluated in order to better understand the mechanism behind how micro-bubbles are formed during a dive. Today it is the most evolved algorithm for reducing the formation of micro-bubbles without compromising dive times.
