Join Scuba Jay and DIPNDIVE staff for a trip of a lifetime to the land and sea of the pharaohs.

We fly into Cairo from JFK (travel to JFK is up to travelers. Round trip airfare to and from Cairo to JFK included in package). Then spend 5 nights exploring Cairo and Luxor with inclusions listed below.

The land tour will include:

• 3 nights in Cairo
• Full day pyramids including lunch in Cairo (Sphinx, Memphis, Saqqara)
• Full day museum & city tour including lunch in Cairo (Egypt downtown Museum, Hanging Church, Mohamed Aly Mosque, KEK Bazaar, Citadel of Salah El Din)
• One way flight Cairo to Luxor
• 2 nights in Luxor
• ½ day West Bank Valley of Kings/Hatshepsut & Lunch in Luxor (Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple & Colossi of Memnon)
• ½ day Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple (includes Sphinx Avenue & Luxor Bazaar)
• Departure ground transfer to Hurghada to board the boat – roughly 4 hours
• 5 breakfasts & 3 lunches
• Hotel tax and service charges

Not Included:

• Tips for any of the services and tours
• Dinner each night on land

Our livaboard adventure will depart on 6/18/26 and will return on 6/25/26 and will be aboard the beautiful Grand Sea Explorer.

The Red Sea boasts some of the best diving in the world with clear waters and beautiful reefs teaming with vibrant marine life too. Divers can take advantage of up to 5 dives a day as we explore the revered Brothers Islands, the Ras Mohamed National Park, plus famous wrecks such as SS Thistlegorm, Dunraven and Salem Express (approximate average water temperature for June is between 78 and 90 °F).

The Grand explorer is as beautiful as it is specious, with 4 main decks. There are 12 staterooms total with 4 twin cabins on the upper deck and 2 double cabins and 6 twin cabins on the lower deck. All rooms feature air conditioning, stereos, personal fridges, safes, and en-suite bathrooms with jet showers. There is plenty of space onboard, both on the dive deck and in the extensive and welcoming main deck salon with a separate dining area. On surface intervals, divers can unwind on the covered sun decks, watch movies or listen to music on the latest entertainment systems, or use the free Wi-Fi to share their Instagram-worthy day. The liveaboard will include:

• 7 nights accommodations
• Up to 5 dives a day (planned 5 ½ days of diving)
• Food (up to 3 meals a day plus snacks) and drinks (including beer and wine)
• Tanks and weights
• Nitrox
• Tips for boat crew
• $300 per person for boat and diving permits and port fees
• Gear Rental (other than tanks and weights)
• Fuel surcharge (not in place right now but could be added)
• Hotel tax and service charges

This trip is limited to 28 travelers.

There is a $500 per person deposit due when signing up and then another $500 due by 2/1/24. After that, the payment schedule is as follows: $1,500 due by 8/1/24; $1,500 due by 2/1/25; $1,500 due by 8/1/25; and remaining balance due by 2/1/26.
