Process
How ordering works
No account application needed to get a quote.
01 · Send the requirement
Line items and quantities, or a description of the work and the number of divers. Include your ship-to and, if you're working to a funding deadline, the date.
02 · We quote it
A PDF you can attach to a requisition: part numbers, unit price, extended price, freight and lead time on every line. Quotes are valid 30 days. Anything with a long lead time is flagged on the quote itself.
03 · You approve and pay
Credit card, including government purchase cards. ACH transfer. Check. Tax-exempt orders are processed against a certificate we keep on file - send it once.
04 · We ship it
In-stock orders ship within 48 hours, with tracking on every line. If a line goes on backorder you get a status update, not silence. The invoice matches the quote.

Factory-authorized service and repair

Cylinder inspection and testing
Visual inspection in house. Hydrostatic testing arranged through a certified third party.
Service on a purchase order
Annual team service on a PO, or walk-in when that's easier.
Before it goes into service
We'll walk a team through new equipment so everyone knows the kit before it's needed.
One configuration across the team
Standardizing a team on a single setup, so one spares kit covers the whole set.

In-stock orders ship within 48 hours from Buffalo, NY, or direct from the manufacturer where that's faster. Tracking is sent on every line as it ships.
Long lead times are flagged on the quote, before you commit funds. If a line goes on backorder after the order is placed, we update you rather than leave it silent.
We ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Country-of-origin statements available per line item on request.
Agency orders follow our standard returns policy.
Pricing
Prices published on this site reflect manufacturer minimum advertised pricing. Agency, quantity and contract pricing is quoted rather than published - which is why the quote request exists. Send us the actual quantity and we'll price against it.
