Measurements: Overall Length is 19.5 inches x 1 inches wide with 1 3/8 inches wide were the heal goes and that area is 4 inches long and is 1/8 inch thick. The ends were the rubber stops are is 7 1/4 inches on both sides and the rubber stops are 3/8 inch apart and there are 18 of these on both sides of the straps that keeps the straps from slipping in the buckle frame and slide on both sides of the fins.
