Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship out?

We ship Monday to Friday, normal shipping time is anywhere from one to five business days from the time the order is placed depending on the merchandise ordered.

Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event that an item that is marked in stock is actually out of stock, our customer service department will contact you immediately and if agreed, the out of stock item will be shipped as soon as we receive it from our manufactures. Should you choose not to wait, we can either offer you a different product, or of course a full refund with our sincerest apology.

Shipping Rules

Dip 'N Dive does not offer an international shipping. A signature may be required on shipments at any time. Packages cannot be rerouted of picked up from the shipper. In almost all cases someone must be at the address to accept the shipment.For more details please see our Shipping policy.

Return and Exchange offers one of the most excellent return Policy in industry : a 30/60-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of the merchandise we sell. Upon receiving package from Dip 'N Dive please inspect all received equipment carefully. If package or equipment is damaged in shipping and handling, or you are not fully satisfied with it for some reason, you can return all items for a full refund. See details below. As long as products are not used, you may return your order with no questions asked. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return which meets the requirements listed below.

  • Dip 'N Dive provides 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for a 100% full credit or refund on your credit card on any item. The item must me in new condition and with original packaging.
  • Anytime between 30 and 60 days from the date of invoice and, if the the items are in new condition, Dip 'N Dive will provide you 100% store credit or a gift card for 100% item price that can be used to purchase any product in Dip 'N Dive's web store.

Ordering and Cancelation

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. 

Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order.

Order Verification

In order to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. Due to increased amount of fraud Orders may require a 3-5 days period of time for verification purposes. If we can't verify the correct information, there will be a considerable delay in the processing of your order. We will notify you by phone or email if that should be the case.All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements).If the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business address and that address must be listed with directory assistance.Once we have verified all of your information we will ship out your order.

Special order Items

These are items that we normally don’t stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer. Special orders are all final sale items and as such are all non-refundable. These orders also may take additional time.

Canceled orders

You may cancel your order before it's shipped for any reason.Dip 'N Dive will issue you a full refund. Please call our Customer Service department at: 1-716-837-0282. Customer Service is available from 08:30am - 5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday (excluding holiday's). If any order has not already been shipped, a full refund will be given except for special order items. If the item has been shipped then the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

While strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We do our best to provide you with the lowest prices possible on as well as in our store. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. Our store does not honor Internet pricing or competitor advertisements. does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day.
