Return and Exchange Policy
DIPNDIVE.com offers a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of the merchandise we sell.
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer service within 30 days of purchase date to initiate a return process. Upon receiving a package from Dip 'N Dive (return policy does not apply to purchases made at our retail location), please, carefully inspect all received equipment. If package or equipment is damaged in shipping and handling, or missing any items within the package or for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with the purchase, you can return all items for a full refund.
As long as products are not used, you may return your order with no questions asked. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Just login to your accoung and initiate a RMA process by requesting return of the product. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
No Restocking Fee will apply to any return which meets the requirements listed below:
Exchanges can be done but are subject to additional shipping charges. The item that needs to be exchanged must be in NEW condition and must not have been used. All the products sold on dipndive.com are NEW items. Items returned for a SIZE exchange are also subject to additional shipping charges.
Dip 'N Dive provides 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for a 100% full credit or refund on your credit card on any item. Item must me in NEW condition and with original packaging (does not apply to purchases made at our retail location).
Because all products sold on dipndive.com are NEW items, we are unable to take back any USED items.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow several days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note:If return product conditions are not met, DIPNDIVE reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
To return the products, please follow the instructions below: Please ensure that all the item(s) are packed securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember all original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards should be included. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Please note that your shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted.
No Return/Exchange On:
Special Order merchandise.
Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.
Please note: *Educational Materials such as CD's DVD's and Books due to copyright laws cannot be returned. **Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and you will be responsible for freight charges in both directions. ***No Restocking Fee will apply to any return that meets the requirements listed above.
