We stand behind everything we sell. That is why we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on the merchandise from our website. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund with no questions asked.
All returns must meet the guidelines outlined below.
Terms and Conditions
You can initiate a return process within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund your original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
No Restocking Fee will apply to any return that meets the requirements listed below:
- The items must be in NEW condition and must not have been used.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
The following items are subject to a 15% restocking fee:
- Diving computers with logged dives
- Camera and imaging equipment that has been removed from the original packaging
- Mouthpieces and snorkels that have been removed from the original packaging
No Return/Exchange On:
- Special Order merchandise
- Educational tapes and books once unwrapped
- Scuba Tanks
- Gift Cards
Please note: If return product conditions are not met, DIPNDIVE reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of fifteen percent (15%) of the selling price.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
Upon receiving a package from DIPNDIVE, please, carefully inspect all received equipment. If the package or equipment is damaged in shipping and handling, or missing any items within the package, you have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the items.
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged, or refunded at DIPNDIVE.com's discretion.
For unverified defective or damaged items, DIPNDIVE.com reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Used and Open Box Items
At our store, we believe in providing you with complete satisfaction, whether you purchase new or from our used/open box section. That’s why we offer the same return policy for all our products. If you’re not entirely happy with your used or open box purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund as long as the product is not used in the water.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as when purchased, including all original accessories and packaging. This allows us to maintain our high standards and offer these great deals to other customers.
How to Return
You can start the return process online, via phone, email, or through Live Chat.
To start a self-return process online do the following:
- Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved, you will get an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund within 2 days of the item reaching our warehouse.
For a manual return do the following:
- Contact us via phone, email, or through Live Chat and let us know you want to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely, including the original product packaging and tags. (Tip: Re-use the bag or box your order came in. Be sure to cover all existing shipping labels!)
- In your return package, include a note with your order ID and a return reason.
