The Ranger was the first BC to combine high-quality heavy-duty construction, weight integration, and rear flotation. Its introduction created a new category of buoyancy systems, and it is without doubt the most imitated BC in history! But it's the Rangers incredible versatility that keeps knowledgeable divers recommending it year after year. Zeagles modular construction allows the Ranger to transition between tropical travel diving, rugged cold water diving in wet or dry suits, single or twin cylinders, and even (with optional bladder assemblies having up to 2 X 85-LB lift and easily mounted backplates) technical diving!
Constructed of heavily reinforced 1050 denier ballistic nylon, the Ranger is compatible with a variety of options and accessories, including bladders, pockets, hard backplates, and custom gear attachment components.

Octo-Z II
The high performance design of the Octo-Z's regulator section provides easy comfortable breathing at all Sports-Diving depths.
- High flow QD connections for air supply
- Corrugated hose disconnect (So Octo-Z can easily be stored with regulator.)
- Corrugated hose rinse connection. (Allows a garden hose to be connected to the BC for easy effective rinsing.)
- Light but rugged design
- Balanced inflation valve, for easy use and precise BC fill-rate control. (The BC can be orally inflated through the Octo-Zs mouthpiece.)
- Both QD and corrugated hose fittings rotate (even under pressure) for easy, comfortable placement of the Octo-Zs body.
- Ergonomic placement and contrasting colors make the Inflate and Deflate buttons easy to find, distinguish and operate.
